We recognize that not everyone's schedules allow for traditional face to face counseling. Culpepper Counseling offers online counseling to those in the state of North Carolina who don't have a traditional schedule. From the college student with only an hour between classes to the single mother with a job and three kids. See if online counseling is a good fit for you.
Culpepper Counseling recognizes that in one's Christian walk that the integral part to healing is Christ. Christian counseling integrates mental health counseling with a scriptural and spiritual foundation.
In my counseling sessions I primarily use a cognitive behavior approach that is integrated with existential therapy. These approaches will assist you in taking action in your own therapy and most importantly making positive changes in your own life.
Serving others through counseling has always been a passion of mine. I graduated with BS in Psychology from Old Dominion University and MA from Liberty University with a degree in Professional Counseling. Prior to my graduation at Liberty, I received a certification in Trauma Studies. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (10555) and a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional Level II and a Certified Trauma Practitioner- Clinical.
